Oats and seeds laddoo without sugar

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

- 1/2 cup soaked and pitted dates

- 3 tbsp mixed seeds

- 1/4 cup of mixed nuts and seeds

- 2 tbsp ghee 

Instructions 

- Roast oats, seeds, nuts and grind them together. 

- Grind the dates to make paste. 

- Add ghee and mix it evenly in oats, seeds and nut mixture.

- Make small round balls and ENJOY
