Prana Oats Porridge

Ingredients
- 1 Cup and ½ Cup water
- 1/3 Cup rolled oats
- ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder
- 2 pitted chopped dates
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg 
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup or ½ cup of water.
- Add ? cup rolled oats and boil it for 2-3 min.
- Add cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, 2 chopped dates and nutmeg.
- Mix well and cook for sometime and serve.
