Ingredients
- 4 tbsp masoor dal
- 3 cup of water
- 1 pod garlic
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Take 4 tbsp masoor dal and soak it for 2 hours.
- Put 3 cups of water in a pot.
- Add washed red lentils.
- Remove the top layer of foam.
- Add 1 pod of garlic, 1 tsp ginger, chopped onion, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp salt mix well.
- Let it cook for 30-40 mins.
- In a pot, add 1 tsp ghee, 1 tsp cumin.
- Pour the yusha and let it cook for 4-5 min and serve.
