Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sprouted Green Moong
- Half cup millet
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp Jeera / Cumin seeds
- Pinch of hing
- 5 to 7 Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 cup seasonal vegetables
- 1 tsp ginger paste
Instructions
- Wash and soak the millet for 1-2 hrs.
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pot.
- Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle up.
- Add hing and curry leaves.
- Add 1 cup chopped seasonal vegetables,coriander powder & turmeric.
- Mix & cook for 3-4 mins.
- Add millet and sprouts together and mix well.
- Add water and salt.
- Cook in a pot.
