Tridosha Khichdi

Ingredients
- ¾ cup rice
- ? cup yellow moong dal
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
 - 1 tsp fennel seeds
- ½ tsp crushed ginger
- Chopped carrots
- Peas
- Chopped beans
- Salt as required
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp dry ginger powder
Instructions
- Add ¾ cup of rice and ? cup yellow moong dal.
- Soak in water for 2 hours.
- Remove water and rinse.
- In a pot, add 1 tsp ghee, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, ½ tsp crushed ginger.
- Slightly roast.
- Add chopped carrots, peas, and chopped beans.
- Add salt as required, ½ tsp turmeric and mix well.
- Add rice and yellow moong dal mixture.
- Add 2-3 cups of water and ½ tsp dry ginger powder.
- Cover the pot and cook for 20-25 mins and serve.
